Project Description
The unique and beautiful Madison Park house uses unusual surfaces and lots of light to display the homeowners’ extensive collection of fine art. At various points, the home features Alaskan yellow cedar, Corten steel, Padouk hardwood and terrazzo tile –to name just a few.
SBI was asked to value engineer solutions to several building challenges, and the resulting radiant heating and automatic solar shades bring light in and help make this home a work of art in itself.
