  Scope:

             Complete reworking of the landscape at this period home
             on Capitol Hill.  Details included wrought iron fencing a top
             hand hewn Tenino Stone perimeter walls.  

             The elegantly crafted water   feature at the west property
             edge features a basalt spillway   joined with rough hewn

             Tenino sandstone. 

             Critical slope considerations required the use of pipe

             pilings and geofoam   block backfill at the west property

             edge.
